I am super excited about next semester's Women in the Law class. One of the main events in this course is a partnership with the Center for Civic Engagement and the Constitutional Law I course also offered this fall for a Constitution Day event. I have been lucky enough to work with my professor this summer in helping to set up this event. Today we got some very exciting news, Lilly Ledbetter has expressed an interest in speaking at this event! Now, nothing is set in stone because we have not been able to speak with her about fees and scheduling, but should the stars align this will be a very exciting Constitution Day. I'll be keeping my fingers crossed that this goes through!
